nesmah-therapy ...when your life needs a fresh breeze

"Your living is determined not so much by what life brings to you as by the attitude you bring to life; not so much by what happens to you as by the way your mind looks at what happens."
Khalil Gibran

nesmah-therapy
With the Nesmah-Therapy Lamia Hariri combines different methods like integrative breathwork, nondual/ kabbalistic healing, Voice Dialogue, Massage, Meditation, relaxation techniques and much more as a new path of awakening and healing. The goal is for the client to learn and acquire practical, helpful techniques and methods which are helpful and suitable in his individual situation.  This requires a very empathetic and mindful approach.

Often meditation and healing work are loaded with a lot of prejudice.  Nesmah is Arabic and means whiff, breeze, breath of life. To bring lightness, vitality and joy into your life is the main goal of Nesmah-Therapy.

Lamia Hariri

lived in the UAE for almost 20 years before she returned to Germany. She is as familiar with the arabic culture as with the European way of life. She worked in Dubai as the editor of an English children's magazine, then as a freelance writer for health issues and after returning to Germany she founded House of Health, a healing and wellness centre. During her time in Dubai she took many classes and workshops to become a breathwork and meditation teacher as well as a healer. Today she has a healing practice in Krefeld and in Wuppertal and also works at a local hospital (Helios Klinik Krefeld Hüls) with cancer patients twice a week. Lamia Hariri founded the Nesmah-Therapy which combines various methods of healing and awakening. Lamia herself has always lived in different, oft contradictary environments and yet has managed to connect both sides and let them merge into harmony.
